Lately I don’t have much time to visit other fashion blogs and forums but heard that many fashionistas are interested in “should we wear white after Labor Day” and my short answer is: “Absolutely!” It is true fall and winter are seasons of darker colors, however there is nothing more chic and fancy than wearing all white outfit in a snowy day. I know it is too early for snow yet, but still – just wear what makes you happy. White, ivory, cream – light colors are always much better than dark, gloomy hues. Fashion is no longer about boring rules, it is about looking and feeling good. So latest trends really don’t matter that much as long as you know how to wear clothes and match with the proper accessories. My favorite winter outfit is dark denims + white sweater and boots. Nobody can make me give up on that look. White coats, scarves, hats, sweaters, cardigans are also very fashionable for winter. Maybe the only apparel I wouldn’t wear during the cold season are white pants – first because if it is muddy outside they will quickly become dirty and second – to me those are the ultimate summer attire. But everything else is totally acceptable and in some cases – preferable. Let’s look at some trendy white and ivory clothing and cute outfits for fall from Express – can you really pass on those just because there is a rule???
