Matching Hot Shoes and Boutique Purses for Fall

If you are a regular visitor and have read a few of my articles, you’ve probably noticed that I have several fashion rules that I’d like to mention regularly… Today I am officially giving up on one of my rules! That is the one about matching the color of the shoes with the purse and maybe the belt. Well in every fashionista’s life comes the moment when she realizes she has too many pairs of shoes to try to keep up with having absolutely the same color and fabric handbags. So the new rule is: try to keep the hues of the accessories close or at least from the same family. I would still avoid pairing red shoes with a green purse or vice versa. Of course it looks very classy and stylish to have every detail of the outfit carefully chosen, however in today’s world we are totally overwhelmed by diversity. Unless you are Michelle Obama or have a personal stylist, you can get a break and wear what makes you look good and happy. Contemporary fashion is all about personal taste.
