Summer dress or cover-up. The piece you wear on top of your swimsuit is the finishing touch of your cute outfit for the beach. This season designers are liking light fabrics – fairy and colorful. The shorts and tees are no longer popular as beach attire because of being too ordinary and not impressive at all
