Today’s post is inspired by the Sunday night big event – the Oscars. We all saw how glorious and shining were the celebrities wearing those fancy designer’s dresses. This year on the red carpet dominated white, black and red formal attire. But we also saw celebrities that tried to avoid the cliche and picked up pink, light blue or silver dresses. My favourite looks from the big event are Alicia Keys who looked fabulous in her purple Armani Prive dress with perfect choice of jewelry, small purse and high heel sandals. Sarah Jessica Parker was stunning in her Dior, but my absolute favourite is Seal’s wife - Heidi Klum in her bright pink Roland Mouret dress – the color, the design, the jewelry, the shoes….just everything fit so perfectly and made her look one of a kind. Not all of the stars, however, looked so stylish and gorgeous. For example Jessica Biel could do much better, she is so pretty and charming, but this Prada dress looked a little bit like a curtain on her. Also I don’t think Beyonce picked up the right dress for her figure. On the other side Penelope Cruz was very feminine and classy wearing the white vintage dress made 60 years ago and specially prepared by Pierre Balmain Haute Couture. The rising star from the Slumdog Millionaire – the movie that took almost all of the Oscars, has chosen tender blue Galliano dress and looked very elegant and fashionable.
